    Not all bread contains gluten. The chances are that all the bread that you buy does though. Gluten basically can be the cause of a number of intestinal problems like abdominal pain, bad gas, diareha and well, you get the picture. Best thing is to stay away from it.

    Can’t give up the gluten but am going organic and grass fed on the beef. Organic on the veggies and eggs too. I am, however, going whole wheat on the breads and pastas. Doing my best!
