sure, thing is it doesnt come up on my email so ill try and remember. Ive been taking 6/7 a day lol. Its only my third day tomorrow i know, so i havent seen any difference. I just wanted to say you really should take more than 2 because if you google it you need more than 3.4 grams for it to work, my capsule thing has 1000 grams right, and 80 percent is CLA, so i should take about 5/6 anyway. Find out how much CLA is actually in your capsules or w e.

cheers! i bought some as well, im taking 2 a day. (have been for the past 3 weeks)
what ive noticed: looks like my muscles are showing a little more than b4 (by the way im eating more, and not exercises as much – but i will exercise more after next month)
havent been consistant on my weight training regime – due to personal circumstances! (work related)
have been monitoring weight loss / gain and my weight has stayed the same over the past 3 weeks.
note: keep each other updated

I suppose it does really help you lose weight.
However, people shouldn’t rely on them only and should eat healthily and exercise more and will see improvements much faster.
Cutting on sugary/sweet things, fatty and oily foods, prepared meals, fizzy drinks but adding plenty of water, calcium, fibre, fruit and vegetables to your meals will definitely change your body and boost your self-esteem

yeah i’ve been debating whether or not to take CLA
everything i read about it said ‘oh this is what happens in mice, but we don’t know what happens in people’
well from your personal experience I probably won’t be using the product now
yeah you are exactly right, its just not worth the risk

I added cla into my supplements a little over two weeks ago. I lift regularly and am on a very strict muscle gaining diet. I added cla with no change to my workouts, or diet and lost 2lbs. And ill note that I usually don’t use a scale to see progress, but 2 lbs with no change in diet or exercise and I can only say it was because of the cla.

New research indicates that people with NASH aka “Non-Alcoholic Fatty Live Disease” are at risk from this suppliment. In a test done with mice they noted that the liver fat actually increased with CLA intake. I began having liver discomfort 3 months after starting this and have since quit…it’s just not worth the risk for those with liver problems.

We ought not encourage laziness, and I hope nobody considers this a “magic bullet” for wieght loss, but this actually does work, unlike so many other scams out there.
