the vitamine part is bullcrap a lab synthesised vitamine has exactly the same structure as an natural one.. ik might not be in the same molecular composition as in fruit, but it still has the function as co-enzyme sinds the structure is the same..

I find it hilariously messed up how the ads that the video shows are for soy. The system doesn’t care if you’re promoting or against something; if it’s a popular term that’s in the tags, they’ll put ads for it.

Great information! I love the way you think and what you are doing.. All those people care about is a healthy bank account, NOT our health. I leaned to avoid anything man made and make my own from scratch. I avoid the man made fats and have gone back to the natural ones..

Great Information Bro! I’ve also became aware of all the fake health foods while trying to get healthy. It’s sad. I try to eat as natural as possible. I have my own garden for the family. Our chickens produce the best healthest eggs, you’ll never want to eat eggs from the store again when you compare the two eggs in a dish. The store eggs looks sick, weak with poor structure compared to a free roaming chicken’s egg. Drink home made flavor water with straberries and lemon. THINK HEALTHY
